Cinnamon & Collagen Pancakes

What You Need
2 large scoops of Myvitamins Collagen Pancake Mix (Unflavoured) - 1 level tsp baking powder
- 1 level tsp cinnamon
- 100ml milk
- Toppings of your choice, we recommend marshmallow fluff and Halloween sprinkles!
Method
- Combine all of the ingredients together and mix well.
- Stir in the milk to form a thick batter. If you prefer a thinner pancake you can add more milk.
- Spoon the mix into a hot pan and fry on both sides until golden brown.
- Stack your pancakes and add as many toppings as you like. We've chosen marshmallow fluff for a spider web effect.
