Collagen is an essential protein found naturally in the body which declines as we age. A lack of collagen in our skin can cause a tired, aged looking complexion. What You Need
- The juice of 4 lemons
- 150ml honey
- 1 handful of fresh mint
- 500ml water
- 1 stick of Myvitamins Beauty Collagen Powder (Lemon flavour)
Method
- Mix together the lemon juice and collagen until dissolved.
- Add the honey, fresh mint and water and mix together.
- Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Take out of the moulds and serve immediately.
Tropical Lolly
What You Need
- 200ml mango juice
- 200ml orange juice
- 200ml pineapple juice
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 1 stick of Mvitamins Beauty Collagen Powder (Orange flavour)
- 200-300ml sparkling water
Method
- Mix the orange juice and collagen powder in a large jug.
- Add the mango, pineapple, lemon juice and water and stir together until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Take out of the moulds and serve immediately.
