I have been taking the hair, skin and nails gummies for about a year and a half and my nails have never been so strong, my hair that I had been losing in handful’s since menopause is not coming out hardly at all now and my skin is blooming and I put it all down to these gummies. Daily essential
I’ve have been taking these hair and nail gummies since March 2024 and honestly there is no going back now. Prior to taking them I would have to get my gel nails re-done every 2 weeks due to my nails being so weak and bending, and the gel chipping. Since taking these vitamins, I can go 3-4 weeks every time without a single chip. Ultimately saving me time and money. My hair is feeling fuller and finally starting to grow beyond my shoulders. Highly recommend to anyone who is suffering from weak hair and nails.

Gives acid reflux and bad after taste
Was really hoping to love these but have been on them for a week now and they’re really not sitting well! The artificial strawberry taste is so intense it leaves an aftertaste for a while afterwards and usually makes my stomach incredibly unsettled / gives me acid reflux
