These work
I have been taking these for about 6 weeks and I can see them working already. I have new hair growth and my nails are stronger and growing longer. I am having far less break outs on my face and those I do get are smaller and clear up far quicker. Wish I started taking these sooner.

Daily essential
I’ve have been taking these hair and nail gummies since March 2024 and honestly there is no going back now. Prior to taking them I would have to get my gel nails re-done every 2 weeks due to my nails being so weak and bending, and the gel chipping. Since taking these vitamins, I can go 3-4 weeks every time without a single chip. Ultimately saving me time and money. My hair is feeling fuller and finally starting to grow beyond my shoulders. Highly recommend to anyone who is suffering from weak hair and nails.
