Make such a difference
5These are fantastic! They have transformed my brittle nails and my hair is so much stronger with less split ends. But biggest difference has been my skin, much less breakouts and more radiance. Never expected such significant results.

4I bought 3 different vitamins , this company is great, also gummies taste nice, but unfortunately there not working, I cant seem a difference at all in my hair or nails etc, which is such a shame as I had high hopes of them working :(

5Great tasting , lovely texture and after only 3 weeks I think I’m seeing a difference to my post menopausal hair and nails - stronger nails and hair feels less weak ! Will definitely be continuing with these tablets

Menopause
4I’ve been taking these for 3 months and noticed a difference in my hair, skin and nails. But have just read that these shouldn’t be taken within menopause. Why would this be?

5Love these little gummies pop two in your mouth every day been using theses little beauties for six months or more now my hair is so much more thicker everyone says how long and thick it's got my skin feels softer and clearer. Love the taste too .
