Great vitamins !
5Great tasting , lovely texture and after only 3 weeks I think I’m seeing a difference to my post menopausal hair and nails - stronger nails and hair feels less weak ! Will definitely be continuing with these tablets

Menopause
4I’ve been taking these for 3 months and noticed a difference in my hair, skin and nails. But have just read that these shouldn’t be taken within menopause. Why would this be?

5I’ve really noticed a difference with my nails, skin & hair since taking these (roughly 4/5 months). My nails the most and my skin has been great. They taste amazing. Highly recommend!

The worst my nails have ever been
1I thought I would try these as my nails have always been brittle. Although it's improved my hair (not falling out as much) my nails are the worst they have ever been. I am giving up on this product

Brilliant
5Love these little gummies pop two in your mouth every day been using theses little beauties for six months or more now my hair is so much more thicker everyone says how long and thick it's got my skin feels softer and clearer. Love the taste too .

Amazing
5For 37 years I have never been able to grow my nails, I now have one of these a day and my nails are so strong and grew really quickly. I'm obviously lacking in something as they have never been like this in my life. So happy 😊
