Pleased so far
4I have been taking these gummies for a couple of weeks now and can already see a difference in my nails. I’ve always had very soft nails that would split easily meaning I’ve never been able to grow them, however I’m finally starting to see some decent growth and they feel a little stronger too. Can’t say I’ve noticed a change in my hair or skin yet but time will tell. They are a bit of a strange texture, not what I was expecting but they taste lovely, will definitely continue to buy these

These are great! 5☆
5Love taking 2 of these every day and have done for the last 3 months. Taste is great and I've seen a real improvement in my hair and skin. Perimenopause kicked in recently for me and I suddenly started to drop lots of hair and my skin became drier and less elastic. Combined with my prescribed HRT, these gummies are now part of my daily routine and I feel more like me again.

5Ordered these as I have very fine hair and tried so many products before that did not helped. Order arrived super fast, gummies are delicious. Near the end of first bottle of gummies, my skin looks amazing .... Still to notice a difference in hair. Will be ordering again. 🙂

So far so good
3I ordered 4 bottles (and will take them for 4 months) and they arrived in minimal packaging and are nice looking to have on the counter. The gummies are easy to take and taste good. I've only been taking them for 2 weeks so have no idea if they work but kept getting emails to review them

Great taste
5No bad after taste, the only thing you have to remember is to have no more than 2 a day. I've been taking them for a few weeks now and I believe that I can see a difference, however, I'm sure will see more of a difference in the weeks to come. I will definitely be buying more.

Best ones I’ve tried
5Just about to order my 3rd bottle, these are amazing. I’ve tried loads of brands over the last 18 months with no effect and these I can honestly say made a huge difference. My hair is finally starting to grow and I have a lot less shedding so a big thumbs up from me! Thank you my vitamins!

5I've just started my second bottle of these vitamins, I brought them as lost quite bit of hair after having my baby and these have helped my hair regrow and its not falling out as much when washing or brushing would recommend them
