Best vitamins
5Me and my daughter love these. Was never one for vitamins but after trying these, we both love them and wouldn’t not take it daily. Can really notice the difference in my skin and definitely my nails which are normally very thin and weak but now they are much stronger

Have noticed a positive improvmenet
5I started taking these 3-4 months ago and have really noticed a difference in my nails. They’re much stronger, grow quickly, and don’t break as easily. Don’t think I notice much with regards to hair and skin though! But my hair doesn’t seem to break as much. Would definitely recommend as delicious to eat too.

These work!
5I originally moved to these because my normal hair, nails and skin vitamin was discontinued. I was apprehensive but wow has it made a difference. So much so my hairdresser commented on how much better my hair was despite being bleached. Skin wise I feel like I have a nice glow and my nails are strong. I couldn't recommend these enough.

Amazing!

5Immediately after just a week of use I've noticed that my hair and nails are a lot stronger. I used to have very weak nails that were prone to breakage but now my nails feel a lot more firm and a lot less sensitive. As for hair I noticed that less hair was falling out during showers and also whilst I would brush hair in the mornings. Definitely would recommend and will be using a lot more in the future!

5I was a bit skepticism about using vitamins and supplements as bought many before and nothing changes. But this timing along with the biotin tablets have been a game changer noticed such a difference in my skin not gonna lie it’s not a miracle worker I still break out on the odd occasion but the texture and feel of my skin is incredible I love it.

5I got a tub of these with other gummie vitamins as part of a promotion. I honestly wasn't expecting them to be this magic, considering the brilliant offers available here, but they really are!! My skin didn't break out for the first time ever this month! I even seem to have a bit of a boost in productivity...maybe It's because I'm just excited about the way my skin looks right now, haha. Great!
