Best ever!
5I’m a 60 year old woman and I have been taking these for some months now, my hairdresser recently asked if I was taking any supplements as my hair seemed much thicker. 5The hair, skin and nails gummies have been great so far. I’ve been using them for 2 weeks and have noticed a clear difference in my hair, skin and nails in the fact that they have gotten slightly stronger. At the end of a few months, I will probably see a bigger difference.

5I have been using these for around 6 months twice a day and I've really noticed a difference. My hair is stronger and is no longer falling out. My nails are stronger too plus the gummies taste good.
