Great value
5I have been using these for around 6 months twice a day and I've really noticed a difference. My hair is stronger and is no longer falling out. My nails are stronger too plus the gummies taste good.

Make such a difference
5Noticed a difference in just a week, my skin had less breakouts and any spots I do occasionally get aren't angry anymore. Hair and nails biggest difference. Made both stronger and noticed the difference when I ran out and didn't take them for a fortnight!

I am seeing great results
4I was initially given a month's supply of these gummies for a birthday present from a like minded friend. Firstly they are so tasty and it is certainly no hardship taking them daily! I have noticed my hair is thicker, stronger and generally the condition greatly improved. My nails are slowly improving and my skin is glowing.
