Great supplements!
5I have been taking these for over a month now and they work really well. It takes a bit to see the effects but it does work. My sleep and mood has improved a lot since I started taking them, I would definitely give it a try!

Very good, recommend
4Been using for 2 weeks hasn’t helped with me falling asleep (but wasn’t expecting miracles) but my mood in the mornings have improved greatly! It must be affecting the quality of sleep I’m having because I’m bouncing fresh in the mornings again now

5I love my vitamins because they are , what they say on the container . Nothing is artificial or toxic in them. They arrive safely packaged in a shipping box. The actual vitamins are in clear plastic containers with clear well printed labels and instructions, you really can't go wrong .

Seems to be helping
5I have terrible sleep problems, I suffer with restless legs and rarely get more than 2 hours at a time. I’ll be up and down all night. Since taking these along with two other supplements I have slept better than I have in years. It may be the combination I’m using but I can be say it has helped me to get more undisturbed sleep so better quality. I will continue to use these for sure

No difference
1Been over 2 weeks and don't feel any difference. Still struggle to sleep and if I do sleep struggle to stay asleep! I looked into it and noticed every other brand advise to take 2 tablets of 5HTO with the same amount per tablet but this is only 1 advised, why is that?

1st time user
5Just started using these as I'm perimenopausal and struggling a little. Read the reviews and thought I'd try these. They are easy to swallow. Haven't really been using for long only a couple of weeks so I think still too early to tell. But no harm in trying. If they help then all the better and can order more.

Impressed
5Only been taking these for a week and I have to say I'm impressed. I'm not someone who struggles that much from sleeping, but after a few stressful weeks, I've been feeling a bit restless. My biggest problem is getting up in the morning and lacking energy. These have changed this and the biggest improvement is how rested I feel in the morning. It's so much easier to get out of bed and I haven't even snoozed the alarm when it goes off!
