I have been taking these for over 9 months now & I really do find that I’ve slept better over that time. I do find that I have quite vivid dreams every night which has been more so since I’ve been taking these (I don’t mind this at all though!) I have also felt less anxious over this time but I can’t say whether it’s definitely down to these.
