good mix but can't feel it.
3Tried few different multivitamin brands and some you can feel working. Used Alpha Male for few months but I can't feel anything no change never felt any different. Perhaps its lower dosage, lower purity or ingredients quality. Just speculating. Not sure how I feel about it.

Smells absolutely awful
1Smells absolutely awful - it has a very strong medicine-like smell. If you keep it in a drawer the smell hits you when you open the drawer. If you keep it in the open the whole room smells. I can barely swallow it as the smell is so bad.

Just the ticket
5These are definitely the go to vitamins for my partner. He has been taking them for a long time now and wouldn’t use any others. I’ve used this site for a long time now and find its great value for money and the supplements do what they say on the tin or in this case bottle. Highly recommend

Good for what they obtain
5Been taking these for 2 years now can say they do work really well with omega fish oils which inc a Vit D supplement. There has been a few changes to the supplement over the 2 years where some vits have been taken out, however there still remains various amount of essential multi vits Overall, works for me with mood, overall mental and physical health - combine with fish oils these tablets are good for a busy life.

Used to be good - formula change removed ginseng + maca
2were good - not worth it anymore. Sneaky formula change - nothing alpha about new formula

Shrinkflation Formula and size changed Beware!
2No notification of formula change. Sneaky changes to ingredients and removal of ingredients. Now just a run-of-the-mill OVERPRICED Vitamin.

Fabulous product
5These are such good value for money and highly recommend them. Been taking them a long time and really do feel the benefits from these. If you’re looking for an all round vitamin I highly recommend these

Don't buy!
1The smell and taste of these are disgusting, almost to the point I questioned have they went bad.. I took them anyway, my first day I had the recommended dose x2 tablets this made me tired and a heavy head ache, next 2 days I only took 1 and found the same results but not as bad. I drink plenty of water throughout the day so can't only be the product. 100% not for me!
