Horrible smell
2The smell of this product is horrible. My hubby does not take it because of the smell.

Excessive
2I bought 250 of these at a very good price so I don’t want to complain but...... I would never pay their full price. They are metabolised very quickly and the excessive Vit B is just passed through the body. You can see it as you pass urine. Basically just passing them through.

Good but...
3Good vitamins, should cover about all your needs (consider buying Vitamin D as well because 5 µg is a little bit under what you may need). I really felt a difference taking that pills. BUT... I had to stop because they contain a nicotin derivative that caused me itching and weird skin feeling... Also taste is really difficult to swallow...

Contains Wheat
1Awful tablets. I am a coeliac and this is the first "vitamin" I've ever purchased that contains wheat.

5I have a really heathy diet and lifestyle however when training and working I need to make sure I’m getting in all my vitamin and minerals and this does the job!
