Tablet size to big
Read lots of reviews about ashwagandha so thought I'd give theses a try as I've always brought my vitamins from myvitamins,unfortunately theses tables are to big to swallow take a while to go down they just seem really big. A

Give them time
Give them time to work. Feel so calm on them. Sleep well and libido is through the roof aswell. Took few weeks to notice a difference. Take one before bed I found for me to be the best time to take
