my opinion
5in my opinion i feel like this product is amazing. it is very beneficial in many ways. e.g. helps a lot to reduce stress helps you focus more then usual and also helps with your memory, i would suggest ashwaganda ksm66 to those that need help with chilling out. 10/10

5Have been taking Ashwaghanda for menopausal anxiety for 6 months now and taking this has really helped with this, I feel much calmer and relaxed. I take one in the morning and one before bed and my sleep has dramatically improved. Buying them from this site is easy, super quick delivery and a great price!

Not for me
1I got these to try and support my mental health abit, but I can't tell you if they work for that. The first day I took them I was really nauseous for a good couple of hours after, the next day I threw up within 15 mins of taking them. It was a really quick reaction both times so I won't be taking them again.
