Loads of energy
I definitely have more energy and a better mindset. I can see the difference in myself when I don't take my Q10 (ran out/out of routine and forget to take them) I become lethargic and feel fatigued.

Only just started taking these so can’t say about results. However price is very good and not horrible tasting like some tablets
