Good quality but hasn't helped with chronic back pain
I've tried a few supplements containing the active ingredient in Tumeric as I've heard it has anti inflammatory properties and can help with back pain. I haven't noticed any beneficial effects from taking it, maybe it helps with minor aches and pains but it hasn't provided any relief from the chronic back pain I've had for years. There is nothing wrong with the quality of the tablets my vitamins sell and I'm sure they contain exactly what it says on the label and the price is good as always but they just haven't worked for me.
