They do the job
5These are coated in a subtle sweet flavour that makes swallowing them a lot easier. They are quite sturdy and resilient meaning that they will not burst easily. I've been taking one during three different times of the day and I have not had any upset stomach. I can take them with or without food. You may get a fish burp at some point but other than that, I have had no qualms.

Omega 3
5I’m a nurse on my feet for 12 hour shifts and struggle with inflammation in my feet, thought I’d give this product a go as I’d read about the benefits of Omega 3. Been taking it almost a month now and quickly found an improvement in my symptoms. Well priced and quick delivery, will definitely buy again.

5This vitamin is a must take and the benefit of the large amount of capsules for this price , it's a sure bargain.

Too big
1The capsule you have to swollow is huge so if you struggle like me with tablets then don't buy however only managed to take one so cannot comment on their effects and how good they are only the size. But most Omega 3 is big capsules so it's unavoidable if you want to take them.

Highly Reccomend
5Bought 1000 pieces of softgel 6 months ago, and It was really good because I didn't taste any fish flavour. The capsules do not stick together unlike other makes I have tried.
