4I’m not a fish eater so I don’t get the essential fatty acids required in my diet. I found this shop via my university discount website and decided to try out their vitamins. I’ve been taking it for a month now and I definitely feel the beneficial effects of the vitamins. The vitamin does not come with a strong smell which is something I’m always personally vary about. I will definitely buy it again.

5Take everyday! No horrible taste. Capsules are much easier to take and I feel so much better since taking these.

Good Quality And Price, But...
4This is my second time ordering these, and I have no complaints about the price or quality. However, to echo the sentiments of other commenters, it's a little obnoxious that MyVitamins floods you with email promotions and nags to buy more product even when you've JUST made a purchase. Not a good look.

5I only take 1 tablet a day as I take Cod Liver Oil too and I feel so much better in myself. I get absolutely no fish in my diet as I don’t like it so these tablets have helped with that.

5My partner and I have been taking these for the last month. Both in our 50’s. Have found they have really helped in our daily life. Especially the decorating house thing. Would have been in pain after that but seem to have made a big difference. We can now touch our toes with ease!!
