Only product that has worked for me
In my 40's having suffered with acne and milia(small white blackhead like ) all my life and tried every product from the shelf, i mean every product you try everything and paying over the odds for every new product that claims to help with amazing skin, should have took these earlier after now taking them for 4months now my hairdresser thought I had fillers as she said my skin is glowing and much smoother and plumper ,all milia has gone and pores all closed no more acne whoo hoo , hair loss is a minimal to what it was and nails so much stronger, definitely recommend to anyone like me feeling that they have tried the next best thing that's ment to work, stick with these and see the results.

Taste lovely, but not for me
I brought the vitamin D gummies and the hair skin and nails gummies, I started the Vitamin D ones straight away but as soon as I opened the blueberry ones the smell put me off, so put them in the cupboard for a few days thinking I wasn't going to have them.. having read most positive reviews I thought 'ok tomorrow i will try them' mainly for hair growth...so i did. Unfortunately by evening I felt sick and really 'off' and had an awful after taste in my mouth and awful stomach cramps. So I thought ill just stick to the vit D's. Obviously everyone is different but these were just not for me. Great vitamin D gummies though and lovely orange flavour.
