5I started taking these vitamins initially because I was experiencing a real dip in my mental health. I have always known my hormones aren’t quite right but DRs are useless and so I have just lived with my symptoms… painful periods, mood swings, acne and unwanted facial hair mainly. Anyway, cut forward a couple of months, I have finished the bottle and gone a couple weeks without taking the vitamin. My low mood and acne is back and facial hair is growing through darker again. I didn’t even realise what a positive effect these vitamins were having until I ran out! I can’t believe I was able to live my life without these, absolutely amazing results!

PMS life saver!!
5I've been suffering from the worst PMS symptoms for around a couple of years after I came off of contraception. I started to loose my hair, constant mood swings that made me have a split personality. It felt like 3 weeks of the month were ruined by these symptoms then I came on my period so the whole month was rubbish. I'd gotten to breaking point when my joints started to ache, so much so that my fingers and wrists would hurt just from driving. I didn't know what else to do after no help from my doctors so thought to give these a shot. I'm now 3 months in and it's changed my life. All PMS symptoms have vanished, period pains no longer exist (they were excruciating before), my hair is finally growing back and no longer thinning and I feel completely balanced (personality wise) all month long. I honestly don't know what I'd do without these now! Finally feel like I'm getting my old personality back, I'd recommend them to anyone who suffer from any hormonal imbalance or mood swings. Especially if you suffer from several PMS symptoms like I did. Don't allow your hormones to dictate or ruin your life like I did, there is a way to stop the constant month long cycle.

5I initially bought these to see if I could improve my chances of conceiving (I had been trying for around a year at this point). Since starting them, my partner and I have discovered we would need IVF to conceive, however, I have continued to take these supplements and will continue to take them for as long as I can purchase them. I had been using oral contraception for around 15 years prior to trying to conceive, and when I stopped taking that my periods got heavier, more painful, I was suffering with more gastrointestinal upsets, my hair was getting thinner and greasier, I was having night sweats, I found it difficult to sleep, I had hormonal acne, I was sweating more and felt that my sweat smelt stronger. After a few months of taking this supplement (no, you will not see a difference straight away!), my cycle has improved, my periods are not as heavy, I rarely have period pain anymore, I rarely have night sweats, my hair is thicker and far less greasy, my IBD is more controlled, my skin is under control (yes, I still have a little flare during my period, but nowhere near as bad) and my sleep has improved. This supplement was out of stock last year for a while and I went over a month without taking it - my horrible symptoms came back! I got back on the supplements, and my life improved again, so YES I recommend them to everyone suffering from a hormonal imbalance.

5After reading the reviews on these I decided to buy, after a couple of weeks of taking them, I got my period after been on the depo injection for nearly three years and no period since stopping the injection back in July 2024, I can’t believe these sorted my hormone out. Now I can try conceive.

Disappointed
1Bought these tablets after reading all the great positive reviews.. been taking since October and no difference whatsoever. Still no period. Loosing hope now. So disappointed,I guess I built my hopes up too much on this tablet. If like me you've got no where else to turn, just don't get too excited about these.

Amazing
5Bought these to make the transition of coming off the pill after 13 years easier, got a period literally 1 month later like clock work which was unheard of in the past and then fell pregnant a few days after that!

5I have been taking these consistently for a month and I’ve just found out I’m pregnant! First pregnancy at 31 so I was unsure how long it would take to conceive. These tablets have definitely helped!

5I have been using these for 2 weeks so far, I have pcos and haven't had a period for 7 months. yesterday I started my period, it could be a coincidence but since taking these I've had less hair shedding, less hormonal acne, I'm finally losing weight (lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks!!!). I'm so pleased with these and will continue to take these!
