Working for me
5I brought these tablets as I believe I am heading for perimenopause, and after reading a few good reviews, I thought I'd give them a try. I have been suffering with hot sweats frequently & also having bad breakouts on my chin & and cheeks, which reading up could also be hormonal acne. I'm on my second jar & can honestly say my skin has cleared up no end & I'm not noticing anywhere near the amount of sweats I used to get. I have purchased enough to keep me going for 6 months & hope the good effects keep continuing.

Regulated period
5I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. Prior to this I have experienced the regular periods and I’ve been taking a bunch of vitamins to try and regulate my periods, as I would go months without seeing one. Since taking these tablets daily, I have had a period every month for the past four months of taking them, which is a significant improvement.

Feel better
4These were recommended to me after trying many hormone balancing tablets. I diffently feel better not as tearful or fatigued. I'm post menopausal and had been really suffering with emotions, fatigue- I could go on!!

I got pregnant after taking this
5Have been trying to get preg for over 4 yrs... I got pregnant with capsules this April. I Bought my first bottle in March. Wowwww. This is indeed a miracle.. I'm yet to finish the bottle. I didn't know it will help me get preg. I bought it because of my mood swings. Thank you so much My vitamins. I will recommend this to my friends

Balancing the hormones
4I have been taking these for about 6 months now and have help me with my hormonal moods.. I was offered hormone patches from my gp but felt that I wanted to try a supplement first, to see if they helped my emotional state and they have done.. I don't get upset as much and feel more level. Will continue until I feel that they are not working.

Amazing
5Honestly the holy grail, I’ve suffered with non existent or irregular periods was looking for something to try as all else failed or tasted disgusting, a little after a month of using them it’s looking like I’m on the road to being regular again I’m on my second bottle now and just ordered more, I highly recommend trying them as their worth every penny

Regulate periods
5Wow… I wasn’t expecting to see results with these vitamins as soon as I did. I came off the pill about a year ago and I’ve been struggling to regulate my periods ever since. Before taking these I hadn’t had a period in 4 months, and less than two weeks after taking these I’ve got my period. So impressed and hoping long term this continues to regulate my cycle.

Keeps mood swings under control
5I’ve been taking these supplements for around a year & found that they have helped to keep me calm and collected. Being perimenopausal, I can become irritable & generally aggy (which isn’t me). I believe that these have massively helped me maintain a placid level. It may well be a placebo effect, however, I have noticed when I haven’t taken them for a couple of days my anxiety, uncertain moods & temper return. For me, they work.
