Good but …
3These tablets are good and they have good reviews, I suffer from PCOS, and I haven’t had a period since 2018. I have been taking these for about 31 days - i have just started my second bottle - and I still haven’t had a period.. I’ve had some cramping; but no period as of yet. Definitely get a break out every now and again but my skin was worse before hand… still unsure on them, but will write another review if I ever get my period back.

Helped me manage my PCOS
5Been taking these for 6 months now and finally getting my period regularly (I have PCOS and my periods had no schedule). My skin, hair, weight also seem to be back to normal. These are the only supplements I could find which had all the ingredients I wanted in one, and at such a good price point.

I got my period!
5After around four weeks of taking these, I got my period after not having a real period for months. My skin is also less congested, and my mood swings have eased a little (though I still experienced my usual intense PMS - to be expected as these aren’t miracle workers!) I’m really impressed and have re-ordered. The best inositol/PCOS supplement I’ve found in the UK in terms of quality and price. The fact that these are always sold out says a LOT about how much they’re working for people.

5Over the years I’ve had hormone issues that come and go and flared up again at the end of last year. I had no period for months so decided to try these and was amazed that after only 3 weeks of taking them my period returned and I began ovulating again. My skin improved SO MUCH and I lost a bit of weight I’d put on due to suspected PCOS. They’re obviously incredibly popular because they only came in stock again last week and the next day they were sold out. Luckily I stocked up but I’ll have to keep an eye on stock levels! I’m so grateful I found these, great price and a total life saver!

Hormone balance
5I started taking hormone balance alongside hyaluronic acid capsules just after Xmas. (5 months ago) mainly to try and keep my spot prone hormonal skin settled. I can honestly say my skin has never been better. It took around 2 months to see the results I have now but my skin is flawless people tell me I’m glowing. I couldn’t be happier. Just wish they would stay in stock as always sell out :(
