Easy to take
5Usually always have to take 3 tablets of Omega 3 in my experience but with this it is just one tablet a day.

5Easy to take as softgels , normally cant take bigger tablets but these but slip down throat

5I have been buying this for my mom for 2 years now. It had really helped her to stay active even at her age. She says that she doesn't feel so tired after she started taking this.

Substitute
3I normally buy the Heart capsules but they appear to have been discontinued for some reason, so I have these as a substitute. Would prefer to be taking the Heart capsules
