Works amazing I have suffered with water infection my whole life which I don't know to why this happens has I keep myself clean, I don't know why but I tend to get them when I drink to much fizzy pop dunno why but since taking theses I notice a massive change I havent had one since taking theses. If you suffer with water infections regular I would highly recommend trying theses out. Hope this helped people outš
