5I have tried many brands of b12 tablets since being diagnosed with a deficiency a couple of years ago. Apart from price point, what I really like about these is that I only need to take one to get my RDA. Will definitely buy again.

Good quality
5I decided to buy these because I was experiencing low energy. I've been taking them for about 3 weeks now and I feel that they are making a difference. Not massively but I feel a bit more lively than usual.

5These are so good, I normally have the injections but due to covid these havent been available at gp, so these have helped with my fatigue such much

Very worthwhile
5I never knew that B12 could help with sleep but it certainly does. Throughout covid I have slept badly, as have many others, but since taking B12 I sleep longer and if I do wake up, fall back asleep quicker.

Worth it
5Been taking these for 3 months. Did a before/after blood test and my results went from abnormal to normal. Feeling much better, will order again.

My essential
5I take B12 as, being vegetarian and having an underachieve thyroid AND fibromyalgia (lucky me, right?) I find I can get a bit low on B12. These B12 are effective and great value. I can recommend them.
