4This supplement is good as I feel it allows me to get proper nutrition when in the winter months due to the lack of sun. It is also very easy to get consume as they are small making it efficient.

5What a fantastic set of soft gel vitamins. Firstly, they’re tiny and so easy to swallow. But having taken them for two months now, I’ve really noticed a difference. I feel like I’ve got more energy and the aches in my knees and joints have definitely reduced. Thoroughly recommend these; essential in the winter months when there’s a lack of natural sunlight to be had!

Recommended for nasal polyps
5Online I read that taking D3 shows some improvement for nasal polyps and allergy/rhinitis symptoms. I’ve been taking these daily for a few months now and my nasal symptoms are almost completely gone. Of course I took these in combination with hayfever tablets, but the swelling and blocked feeling in my nasal passages has completely gone and I can breathe easily.
