Better than sleeping pills !!!
I’d been struggling during menopause with a regular sleep pattern, getting to sleep and staying asleep. I started taking the zinc & magnesium and within a couple of weeks my sleeping pattern has improved immensely. I still get the odd night of poor sleep, but so much better than before
