Good but bottle too big
I'm glad that my husband can take zinc in a smaller tablet but the bottle is less than a quarter full - seems a bit of a waste, a smaller pot would be better.

I have taken zinc for years. Didn't realise the befits it was having untill I run out for a few weeks Wow! I got back on them ASAP The biggest difference was hair, nails and the biggest difference, increased mo jo! For both my self and my partner. Highly recommended

I like how they are they’re small making them easy to digest, there is alot of tablets in one bottle but I’ve only been using for 3weeks so I’ll wait untill maybe 2 more weeks for a final result.
