Wake up feeling fresh
I love these tablets. Not sure if they have changed the serving size as previous reviews say that it suggests taking 2 on the bottle but mine suggests taking 1. These tablets help me get to sleep quicker rather than lying awake for hours trying to get to sleep. I used to wake up in the mornings and crawl out of bed but since taking these, I wake up feeling fresh and like I have had a good nights sleep (because I have). Will continue taking these. For me they work very well

Brilliant!
I purchased these after a friend had recommended them. The dosage is to take 2 tablets 30-60 mins prior to bedtime. I personally found that 2 made me a little drowsy in the morning but all the same felt like I'd had a really good nights sleep. Since then I just take one tablet prior to bed time and sleep well every night, just wished I'd discovered them years ago! I also feel like I have more energy and less tired. Give them a try! Excellent
I purchased these tablets from a different website and I love them. Please don’t let the negative 1* review put you off. These help to decrease tiredness and fatigue so with the other person taking them before bed was just silly. They should have read the information about them in detail first. My energy levels have increased a little but I suffer with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome so I am always tired but these have helped me feel a little less fatigued than normal. Buy with confidence and please take in the morning, not before bed.

Don't work for me.
I purchased these after reading numerous positive reviews on other website. Unfortunately, I should of read the negative reviews! I took 2 tablets half an hour before bed whilst feeling sleepy. When I went to bed I was wide awake and couldn't sleep at all that night. I won't be taking these again so I am stuck with 268 tablets!
