Not good at all!!!!!!
1I took this vitamin with great hope and expectations, it did nothing good for me and I believe it interviened with my period, made it come 10 days late, and then it gave me nonstop bleeding for 2 weeks straight. Everything stopped once I stopped taking them. Horrible

4I bought the go with your gut tablets and someone recommended using these with them and they’ve stopped my morning bloating

5I started taking these a while back along with the 'go with your gut' tablets and I cannot recommend them enough. I used to take aloe Vera juice but always forgot, so thought I would give the tablets a go. To be honest I didn't think they would do alot but I was wrong! I take these daily and my IBS & gigestive problems don't bother me, and when If I occasionally feel like my stomach is unhappy, I will take one of these instead of my buscapan and it settles down straight away. These are a must!

Great Product
4I began using Aloe tablets a few years ago due to constant stomach/wind pains & initially purchased from Holland & Barrett but since discovering My Vitamins I now purchase from here. The ordering process is easy, the price is great & the communication is excellent. The product does what I need it to do & my digestion health is all the better for it. I would give 5* but I consider the size of the container a waste of plastic. There must be something you can do to do your bit for the environment too as can we all.
