4Always difficult to assess specific benefits of supplements but im on my second tube of 60 and consider them good value and a pleasant taste.

Nice flavour
5I haven't yet seen any difference as it's been only two weeks. I know usually some vitamins take time to show,it's affect. The texture and flavour is nice and I take first thing morning 20 minutes before eating .

4It’s helped with me with my blood sugar reading as being a diabetic type 1. Been able to maintain. Feeling less bloated and sugar craving has decreased since taking these. And they taste so much better than the ones i tried before. Would definitely buy again

5I've been taking things just under a month now and I haven't noticed a massive difference but I still want to finish the whole bottle before I think whether it's properly worked or made a difference, texture- is perfectly fine 🙂 Taste- cant take the apple cider vinger which is perfect 👌
