5I bought these to assist alongside my weight loss journey as I had heard good things. They taste lovely and are easy to take. I’ve lost 3lbs in a week after plenty of exercise and in a calorie deficit, but I’d like to think these are helping too. Will continue to take regardless as they taste good and will help my insides too!

4I’m on my third pot of these, I can’t say they’ve helped with cravings etc, but I guess I don’t eat sweets anymore as these are like having one. I really like the taste and with the great prices I will keep buying.

5I have been taking these since last yr . I love the taste & literally can’t wait to take one as soon as I wake up . They really freshen up your mouth too . It’s hard not to eat more than one but I’ve controlled myself so far . I can’t honestly say they are having any effect but I can’t imagine missing a day .
