Yummy and effective

Easy to take
4I bought these 3 weeks ago after reading some studies on ashwagandha lowering cortisol (stress hormone) levels. I can't be 100% sure how it's helped yet, but the gummies are easy to take and taste nice so v happy to keep taking them for now. 300mg was the ashwagandha dose in the studies too, so good to know that the amount in the supplement aligns with that :) Added B6 is a bonus too!

5Many members of my family have genetic diabetes. I also love gummie supplements. So any chance to eat a gummie which helps level my blood sugars and sugar intake is a big bonus in my book. A little costly but their flavour is delicious too.
