Great product
Started taking these following a shoulder injury from RSI which was taking a long time to improve. Now have a lot more movement and reduced pain in my shoulder.

Staple for problematic joints
I’ve been taking these tablets for YEARS. I’ve suffered with my knees for so long. And every time I stop taking the tablets I suffer... I’ve purposely taken them and monitored how I am. And I’ve purposely stopped taking them and monitored how I am. They’re really worth the purchase and perseverance. Like with any supplement you can’t expect miracles. You really need to take them for a good 3-6 months to get full effects.

Joints pain free
Second bottle of these and onto our third. Husband and I taking them, he has noticed his knees are not hurting coming down our stairs and is now pain free from his knees and back after a long time. I'm finding my joints, knees, elbows and shoulders are remarkably improved. I/we had tried other tablets of this kind but these are the only ones that we have seen a remarked difference.
