Beware if you are acne prone!
After reading all the positive reviews I decided to order these and see what the hype was about. Unfortunately these broke my skin out so badly due to the B vitamins and biotin. Due to the severe breakouts I had to stop taking these. On a more positive note, during my time taking the gummies my nails and hair improved dramatically.

These work
I have been taking these for about 6 weeks and I can see them working already. I have new hair growth and my nails are stronger and growing longer. I am having far less break outs on my face and those I do get are smaller and clear up far quicker. Wish I started taking these sooner.
