Delicious and they work!
5Have been taking these hair, skin and nail vitamins for a few months now due to ruining my hair and also nails from acrylics. My skin never breaks out now, hair is stronger and seems to be growing faster! My nails have been the biggest improvement my nails have grown SO, SO quickly and do seem stronger. I take them alongside multivitamins and apple cider vinegar gummies and they have now just become part of my everyday routine.

5I was a little skeptical as had seen these being advertised by influencers, however my nails were constantly breaking and in very poor conidition. Within 2 weeks my nails were strong, and they are now a good length too. My hairdresser commented about the condition of my hair too, it's definitely thicker!

Very happy if you use once you will get always
5Omg this is the best thing but I ever used I try so many brands but nothing works like this one. You can see the changes in one month. I’m really happy like I said if you buy one and use it use you will no stop using 😍😍🥰

5So I started these vitamins a few days ago to improve hair growth and skin, i don’t know whether it’s just bad timing but I’ve noticed really short hairs on the top of my head at the back. This has never been here before and I barely ever straighten my hair, I have also had a lot of spots appear on my face ever since taking these. I will pursue for a few more weeks but so far, not so good

5A beauty purchase , the taste, the size and the feel is amazing. I notice difference in my skin and my hair, my hair was receding but I notice it has stopped. Will keep taking it

3These taste nice, a bit annoying you have to take two as you go through them quickly. No idea if they are working yet, probably too early to tell!
