5I have used this product for the last 3 months and I've definitely noticed the difference, it's great for helping you feel full before a meal and apparently also helps with your "inner beauty" so it's a winner by my standards!

Brilliant - BBC was right!
5I purchased this product after watching a BBC documentary on how good Inulin was for many different health benefits such as sleep and also weight loss. it's a great product and since I've been taking it I've certainly seen the health benefits.

4It feels like Inulin I have used for the last few years. I can’t tell if it is doing what I take it for-to try and reduce the fat around my abdominal organs-my waste line 96cm hasn’t reduced at all, but I didn’t expect it to. Hopefully it is helping metabolically.
