Great product
These really help fall asleep in a gentle way, they don't make me feel drowsy the next day and they don't give me nightmares like some other natural sleep remedies. Please don't discontinue:)

Amazing
I initially bought these for my mum because of her sleep problems, while I’m disappointed to say that they didn’t help with sleeping, they helped with so many other issues. My mum has had cystic acne since she was in her teens, these tablets have completely renewed her skin, she also has contact dermatitis on her hands, and within days of taking these vitamins she no longer has to use the steroid cream that was making her skin incredibly thin. She absolutely loves these vitamins, and buys them monthly for her skin needs.
