I struggle to review supplements etc as I try so many different things to improve my skin/health so I never really know what is making a difference. However, since using these products everyday for the full course MY SKIN IS GLOWING. I was struggling with my new contraception pill with breakouts around my mouth/chin, this has now completely cleared up. My face has never been so clear and healthy looking. I've just ordered my next batch. I like to think they are great for preventing ageing too but who knows!

I love these! Bought them first thing a few mmonths ago and havent stopped since. They seemed weak at the beggining comparing to other suplements I used to take but they do work! But there is so much waste. I have bought a lot of them now and have plastic bottles that werent even halfway filled. Is there really not an alternative for this packaging?
