One tablet for all my daily requirements.
5I've been taking these for a while now and I like that it is just one tablet a day. It has everything I need in the one tablet so I'm not taking lots of different ones. It isn't too big so easy to swallow and doesn't have an aftertaste like some others I've tried before.

5I am a total a skeptic about the authenticity of multivitamin's or anything as a matter of fact, but not these. I have been using the app MyFItnessPal and logging all my food, at the end of each day it became apparent to me, I am heinously under in terms of what my body needs in minerals and Vitamins. After taking A-Z alongside a healthy diet my body is now getting what it needs, and running at optimal performance. I feel amazing. I have not incorporated gym work into my life style change just yet, I am solely diet for a month and half first, so it’s obvious to me, my change is not because I am fitter, but because my body is getting everything it needs through diet and these Multivitamins. Can’t wait for the gym and to feel even more benefits from this great product once I start getting fitter too. Would give a 100 stars if I could. It’s changed my life, I am happier, more motivated, more energy, sleep better and much more.
