Excellent supplement

Feeling good
5I have been taking these tablets for a couple of weeks now and I can really feel a positive difference. I normally have quite a severe reaction to taking new supplements, which I suspect is because of the huge and unnecessary doses of vitamins they contain. These have 100% doses of what I need (and an extra bit of vitamin D which we all need in winter), and knowing I’m getting a good all-round top up of vitamins - without feeling rough for the first week - has really boosted my mood and my immune system feels stronger, as well as improved stamina and strength. Also, the tablets aren’t huge so they’re easy to swallow and don’t leave an unpleasant aftertaste or repeat on me. I can’t find a bad thing to say about them. Buy them, you won’t be disappointed!
