Gave me spots
1I was excited to try this as I wanted my hair to grow quicker. As soon as I started taking I got really bad acne like breakouts and I never suffer with spots. Now I have stopped taking these my skin is back to normal.

4I’ve been taking them tablets now for almost a week and I have very snapped thin hair and my hair feels thicker stronger after taken these tablets haven’t noticed it grow yet but only been a few days would actually buy again!!

Very surprised
5I've been using Biotin Tablets for a while now tbh I was wondering if they would actually work but I've noticed a big difference and I'm very happy with how strong and fast my nails are growing and just generally better condition.
