Absolutely fantastic
5I got these because my hair was falling out due to being really poorly from covid!and the meds I was given, when I say falling out I mean seriously coming out. In massive clumps. I’d lost half the thickness of my hair in about a month. Every time I brushed it. And all I can say is wow!!!! After taking for 2/3 weeks my hair has actually stopped coming out. I was very dubious at 1st as I didn’t think it would work. I’m so so happy and amazed. And how quickly it has started to work. And can’t wait for my hair to be thick again. I will be buying more and also be trying ones for my skin as that’s because so dry also from covid and the meds I was on from it. Fabulous 😁😁

Can tell the difference

5I've been taking these, along with collagen and coconut capsules, and I feel my skin is plumper and clearer . So much so that I intend to carry on taking them
