5These vitamins were recommended by our son when the COVID pandemic started, on the basis it could do no harm to be healthier. Although we obviously know it won't prevent Covid, since taking them we certainly don't appear to have suffered as many coughs, colds or any of the other usual annual problems. I would strongly recommend these (as well as a vitamin B complex, Zinc and magnesium from MYVITAMINS) to both be, and feel healthier.

Worth it
5Been taking these for 3 months. Did a before/after blood test and my results went from abnormal to optimal. Definitely worth it.

5If there is one thing that is highly recommended for anyone, especially living in countries with little to no sunlight, is vitamin D3. These little capsules are fabulous at providing just that
