5Started to take These every night and within a week/2 weeks I was feeling more relaxed and less anxious at night! I was supprised as weeks went on that I felt better and Better form it! Waking up feeling more energised and ready for the day! I do recommend 10/10

Can’t recommend these enough!
5Wow! Amazing! I have epilepsy and was constantly tired, having to have a sleep in the middle of the day to tide me over to a 9.30 bedtime (I’m 43). I’ve been taking these for 3 weeks and I no longer need to nap in the day. I sleep so well at night and wake up feeling refreshed rather than feeling like I need another 3 hours sleep! I cannot recommend these tablets enough and wish I’d found them sooner!

Recovery help-quickly!

Better than sleeping pills !!!
5I’d been struggling during menopause with a regular sleep pattern, getting to sleep and staying asleep. I started taking the zinc & magnesium and within a couple of weeks my sleeping pattern has improved immensely. I still get the odd night of poor sleep, but so much better than before

Very pleased
5I'm very pleased with these zinc and magnesium capsules. I've been taking them for a couple of months and I'm definitely sleeping better and my hairdresser has commented that I've got more hairs growing which is great news for a 50 year old woman to hear!!
