5I bought this 3 weeks ago to try and lift my fatigue, which seemed to be bringing me down a lot. I have quite a physical job and it wasn't until i looked into supplements i realised I could be deficient of magnesium. It has worked a treat! I am not having to sleep as much and feel much more energetic in the day time. I haven't had any colds yet this winter so i can't comment on its immune boosting support.
